• Noetic IT can’t be held liable for any information provided
by the client
• All monthly payments should be disbursed
within the first week of the month. If any payment is not
disbursed by 7th of the month, Noetic IT will pause providing
the service until the client clears off the due payment

Noetic IT will not be responsible if any client doesn’t
maintain quality in their business
• There shall be no
third party intellectual property or other rights to be
infringed upon or violated by customer's use of the content

Noetic IT will only be responsible for the marketing of a
specific business, not the service they provide
• All
applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as industry
best practices, must be adhered to by client in the usage of
the services
• Noetic IT can’t be held responsible if any
client takes part in illegal activities
• Noetic IT will
not publish any content that could be offensive to any group,
race, gender or nationality
Privacy Policy:
• Both parties will maintain 100%
discretion in all agreement terms
• Because of the nature
of digital media, any content/information provided by
customers to Noetic IT for publishing will be available to the
public as soon as it is published
• The rights and
privileges granted to client are non-transferable. Customer
will not use or disclose the services, and will not permit any
third party to do so, unless expressly approved by Noetic
IT
• Noetic IT promises not to sell any data of clients
to any third-party company and guarantees to maintain secured
data analytic strategy
• All the content that Noetic IT
produces and publishes are the properties of Noetic IT and the
designated clients. Any use of such content without permission
will be treated with legal actions
• Noetic IT will only
publish content with information that the client wishes to
disclose
• Client must provide relevant data and
information relevant to the business for creating content.
Noetic IT guarantees that these data and information will be
treated with maximum privacy
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
• Noetic IT will only
offer refund if the company fails to provide any of the
promised services for which the client has already paid

Noetic IT holds the right to cancel any contract upon
providing the refund. Refund may be issued in 3-5 working days
in cash or digital payment
• Cancellation of any service
requires 1 month prior notice
• The client may terminate
the contract instantly if Noetic IT publishes any content that
may harm the client’s reputation
• Noetic IT holds the
right to terminate the contract if a client requests to
publish a content that violates any laws or human rights
